Gaksun-this isn't an area I've gone into much as I don't have asthma.

My old strength coach did, as well as alergies and he doesn't any more. Food and water and life style etc

My new coach would know more about but we don't discuss much as I'm trying to focus on my areas.

Sugar and processed flour and alcohol-get rid of those. Drink plenty of H2O (a bit of sea salt) and eat for your metabolic type. If things don't clear up significantly after that I would be surprised.

Sugar is poison. plain and simple. Look up 'poison'in dic and look at what sugar does to body and you'll see that I'm actually using poison to discribe sugar properly.

white flour (whole wheat by law in bc only has to be 16%-memory). Basically processed.

I avoid grains over all. Including brown and wild rice. i eat them but avoid too much too often.
