45% of Unicef funds go to vaccinating people in the third world..
17% for clean water and sanitation

according to unicef 1 in 5 in the world is not always served by water and a reliable sanitation system.

Expanded Program On Immunization-objective-vaccinate ALL the children in the world against 6 illnesses that are most common in youngsters.

Remeber what Nacamara said-former President of World Bank and former Secretary Of State of the United States (who ordered the bombing on Vietnam) is a member of the Expanded Program On Immunization.

"One must take draconian measures of demographic reduction against the will of the populations. Reducing the birth rate has proved to be impossible or insufficient. One must therefore increase the mortality rate. How? By natural means. Famine and sickness." (translation)

The committee to oversee the vaccinations for the Expanded Program On Immunization was made up of

-Leopold Senghor, former presedent of Senegal

-Jonas Salk, director of the Salk Inst. Manufacturer of vaccines and biological agents-most noteably for US army

-Van den Hoven, presedent of Unilever, huge multinational with interests in third world
