Snail-good luck... I'd suggest seeing a good ART guy and getting laser (based on newtonian laws, the laser my guy has that is based more on quatum theory...well he isn't convinced yet), infrared, traumeel, course ice etc...

physical repair in the body occurs most from 10-2am so early to bed is champ (if you want to get crazy bed with the sun...) Bright lights and stress (hard exercise included) gets cortisol up...that needs to come down for rest and repair hormones to go up...so 10pm bed time after bright lights and stress will not be the same as 10pm after dimmed lighting and relaxing and preparing for bed.

There are a few threads on healing.

I actually have an injury right now that I am going to get some laser done on today. As I type I had a portable infrared on it... and an ever ready supply of ...

I trust it will be fine within a week (won't mention what incase not quite heeled as I do have a fight coming up...I think..

Good luck... believe it will heal don't think negative about it...Take care of it with care (like a Mum would) there is healing power in intention -this might be wacko to you but...
