Attention Mark L.!
Mark i have read a number of your threads on here and through them i also became interested in your references to CHEK instuitute etc. well i bought the book, read the pertitinet parts together with the metabolic typing diet and all i can say is. WOW, this guy is a genius. the book, read together with the woolcot book just makes absolute common sense and i reccomend it to all those who are health conscious. some excellent references especially core function etc. Thanks Mark for bringing it to my attention.
