I think I mentioned above but..

"How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy" has a basic MT test in it
"The Metabolic Typing Diet" has a basic MT test in it
www.metabolictypingonline.com has an intermediate test (I think thats where it is)
and working with an metabolic typing advisor you can do the advanced testing (and then there is a more comprehensive one also).

The book ones get great results with most people. If you have serious health issues and digestive issues it might be wise to work with someone.

CHEK NLC I and up use MT
A metabolic typing advisor can use a more advanced test. Many NLCs are also MT advisors

I know of at least one guy that charges hundreds an hour (who has also worked with some top name athletes) who uses the basic program..

It might be worth doing a gluten sensitivity questionnaire.. there is a good one on
