Well said Mark!! I was not trying to be a Paul hater that's for sure, there are many of them out there (although i was close at times :-)

Yes that is a side he should 'expose' more espically when he's dealing with Kiwi's. We aren't like the US, I've been there seen Trainers and they like to follow their leader i.e. lots of groups Poliquin, Chek, Santana, Boyle, etc.. Me, give me all of them and I'll take some good out of the pot and create my own flavor!!

I can understand that Paul wants to challenge people's beliefs, look what you do on here and what I/we do with training methodology?! Some will get it some will not! Challenging in a confrontational manner (as i perceived him to do) will work for some, me nah I'm too Alpha male type personality as he! (Not to say that I don't do his style espically when I'm tired and can't be bothered.)

I'm a Juan Carlos Santana fan, he keeps it fitness simple and exposes his family side. Which to me is what should define most of you as a whole person! Family is a big part of kiwi culture brother espically if you are maori/polynesian!

Thanks for sharing your experiences bro,

p.s. I'm going to Australia on Sunday to do Charles Poliquin Level 1, looking forward to it, like Paul he's extremely smart (doesn't mean people agree with him as you know) however my PERCEPTION is the same around Paul. Arrogant, looking forward to maybe seeing what other qualities he possesses other then eating, shitting, breathing health and fitness! :-)
