lol cool cool

Santana-got any sites you might recommend (I'm reading too many books right now to get a book or do a course etc). Haven't heard of him..

Poliquin-the man knows his shit! lol

He speaks 5 languages and is on constant contact with researchers in the area all around the world.

If memory serves he taught himself German so he could study German litterature on strength and conditioning etc (Europe being ahead of America). Actually swiss balls were used in Europe before anyone here knew what they were.

A very smart man!!

I have read through quite a bit of his level 1 (training partner has it) but haven't studied it or anything. I know he knows his shit regardless. I'm sure you'll breeze through it with your background etc lol My coach has done some of his stuff too..

I have to say that Poliquin told my coach that if you want to be the best to study with Paul.. of course they had a falling out since then :)

There is no one right way for sure!!!

I the more you look at and try out and experience the better you can come up with your own stuff.

(Pauls crazy ass booked in Kiwiland when he goes there from all I hear-more so than US).
