I keep hearing this more and more lol

welsh-I believe whatever one chooses is the right path for them (may not get them the results they want but right path lol).

I respect the fact that you check it out and try it out.

YOU are teaching YOU.

In a very real sense no one can teach anyone anything. The individual has to be able to hear, to understand and to interpret it and then apply it in thier life.

You are your only real teacher and I am mine.

Congratualte yourself for trying (most important) and making a difference in your life.

I'm curious if you have noticed any differances in food cravings/hunger, sleep, mood, mental clearity etc...
