Sleep has many factors, coffee being one :) But don't worry about it. If and when you are ready you'll stop. Untill then enjoy lol If possible have in am or early afternoon-less effect on sleep.

mood, clearity, cravings etc are all greatly related to food intake and are a great gage to see if something is working for you.

Also feelings are a good way to gage our thoughts..

Yeah, fat is a great filler lol and it doesn't go to fat on the body so easily like everyone thinks.. carbs are the biggest culprit for that. However eating for yoU is the key.

I'm guessing you're doing the water and sea salt too?

Nothing like taking responsibility for yoUr own health and well being is there???
