I had me first personal experience with asthma and EFT yesterday.

"I'm dizzy from how much oxygen I am getting." -Matt

He wasn't having an attack but on a scale of 0-10 he said his breathing difficulty was a 6 (you could clearly hear it). Diddn't take long to get it to what he called a 0 (couldn't hear anything).

We went on to work on a load of other things and at one point he coughed. He commented that that would normally make breathing a lot harder (I don't know anything about that) but he was still good.

I assume he will need to tap here and there but I suspect over time it will all deminish.

So there you go. My first personal experience with working with EFT on (well he did it and now knows it) an asthma case.

Sounds too good to be true-thats why I keep sharing cause I keep experiencing!!
