I am huge on the nutrition and life style factors but the energy flows in the body play even bigger roles.
I would get off the gluten 100%
stay away from the 4 white devils processed: dairy, salt, sugar, grains
eat protein with every meal
don't skip meals
drink .5oz of water to lbs of body weight (200lbs=100oz)
(pinch or two of unrefined sea salt -ideally from NZ of France- per liter
I'd suggest getting "How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy" -Paul Chek
or working with a CHEK HLC or a metabolic typing advisor
Tapping-is litterally tapping on different end points on the meridians.
Its like accupuncture without the needles. Why it is so effective is
because it is done when the energy flows are disrupted.
Example-thinking the thought 'my gf shouldn't have cheated' causes a disruption
in your energy system-so you tap while holding that thought and straighten it out which takes the negative emotion away (simplifying a little but really thats it)
Gets some raw milk if you can and try that too
I would be willing to bet you money that if you honestly did that you would get some pretty wild changes.
But free info usually doesn't go far.
