want to see some evidence?

look at the wole my MA is better than yours.

Look at all the killing and death and distruction from people who preach "thou shalt not kill"

Is that rational thought (only 1% of people can think rationally supposedly).

I'm right, I'm right. vs I'm right I'm right
both feel threatened (very litterally) and both start klilling

Look at sporting events.

we'll take football in England..

Poeple get violent deffending what they think is right because they assocuiate their beliefs with who they are and the ego feels threatened when that is challanged. (i think there is a lot more to it than that but I see it playing here too)

Believe your country is the best and right and you will support bombing the fuck out of women and children because they think differently. How rational is that thought?

Why do we feel challanged when someone has another idea or belief?

And if we are getting an emotional response then that says we aren't thinking rationally!!!!!!! With EFT is cool to see the rational arise when you take someones negative emotions away. Like a guy I worked with who broke up with his finacee. Lots of different emotions etc... but once we took care of all of them he realised he didn't really love her and the break up was a good thing. 30min earlier there is no way he could have had that thought.

Keeping your cool is essential to rational thought.

Anything that gets emotion up (subjects and beliefs) suggests there is some programming. Fear is about the biggest one too!

Threat of this... threat of that....
fear of this... fear of that...

threat, food and sex are the biggest things we pay attention to...

Any beliefs we have in these areas (especially threats and fears) are worth closer inspection in my opinion and experience.

How does this tie in? :) just a ramble lol

but asthma is largely linked to emotions-thats why many people get such great results with EFT :)

The less fear and negative emotions you have, IMO, the less asthma issues you will have too.
