Very entertaining guys but bugs I dont think ol 1 eye was being disrespectful in asking me a couple of questions. I first saw a future when I went to watch Ray for the first time in Japan, it was June 1999. He fought a bloke named Jim Mullen in Sapporro. I was absolutely blown away by the whole event and production. Comming from concerts and events I took to it straight away. I remember sitting in the Hotel room with Ray, Neil and Rony as we talked about the potential of it happening down here. I remember going through the names as too who could fight in the 8 man. December 1999 I approached Ken Imai(then the CEO)about hosting a K-1 event in New Zealand which just happened to co incide with the launch of their new World League starting in 2000. Prior to this you had to be invited to participate in K-1 there wasnt a qualifying system, shit there still isnt one. Hope that answers your questions.
