From guy at the griphouse - it's been a blast watching you guys, and 1 girl, train your hearts out over the last few months. its been worth mopping up the blood and sweat each and every time. So to paul, james, john nic, hil, stevie, tommy, and all your bruised and battered training partners, all the best for sunday, you have truly been an inspiration to me.
