I don't know if I believe all the steroid stories any more.
Sometimes you look at someone who looks really ripped and you think shit man. But then, if I go along that train of thought I end up wondering if the majority of actors in Hollywood under 70 are also on roids. Check out the abs on most male actors. Denzel Washington in the movie about the Hurricane dude, Brad Pitt in the fight club, even Ed Norton in American History X. I dunno, I find it hard to believe these multi millionaire guys would all risk their health under someone elses instructions. I'm sure there are isolated cases, but I just don't believe it's the case with everyone that looks ripped.
One of my mates started doing weights full-on a few years back. I couldn't believe how different he looked in just 6 weeks without roids. Just a lot of dedication and diet + training after work. I had myself wondering what someone could look like who had all day to train. Since then I just don't fall for the "he's on roids" thing just because someone has bulked up over the last few years. Those of you in your late twenties or older know what happens to your body. It just broadens naturally in many many people.
Not arguing with you guys who are sure, just don't believe it is as wide-spread.
Just my oppinion.
