AND while you are busy talking rubbish Andrew, you were also responsable for creating a situation in the A.B.A Boxing gym just one-maybe two weeks out from that fight by telling me that we refs dont get paid enough by Dixon and that i should boycott the show and by doing so would be making a statement of support for Terry Hill.Terry had his problems with Dixon, largely due to monetary concerns.You appealed to me to pull out of reffing the event and said you would blacklist any replacement.You went on about your being worth more and how we were all being ripped off in some way.I did my best to avoid this talk.I had an unfortunate exchange between referees on the show that should never have happened,with no clear Head referee assigned to call the shots,Colin was thinking that with Albert there he wouldnt get a chance at reffing a final.Alberts first outing in a major event and I was put between a rock and a hard place deciding who would do what.I said said if Terry was here he would do it a certain way and Albert said he wasnt there now so lets decide our way.Not wanting to upset anyone i said Both the other Refs could do the final fights.Then i was juggled between judging fights and Reffing,the only ref expected to do this! getting used to viewing things from a judges perspective, and then Reffing, requires an altogether different frame of mind and focus.Running to take a piss was the only break i could take.I sacrificed all my career as a fighter and this is what i will be remembered for?? I havent said fuckall to anyone and have suffered ever since so dont tell me i was involved in a fix you fuckhead! you dishonor not only myself and my former club,but yourself more so.I dont need running shoes.i aint going anywhere.
