It's been a month or two now that I've drasticly changed my eathing habits.
Mostly fruits, vegetable, and grains. More organics with no pesticides and GMOs. Less meat. Almost no dairy, only milk in my coffee. No fast food. No junk food.

And my lungs don't get sick as often any more.
I know I'm not healed. But my quality of life has improved.

The article posted by Mark L described me to the t and was a wake up call.
