Too true Atreiu!! Also can be very hurtful to ones own self if the arm that is used to deliver the backfist is stopped dead in its tracks in mid-flight by a rising block at about mid-way between the shoulder and elbow joint. (I think i saw Jackie Chan do it several times) I have a video of a guy that something like that happened to- but me trying to expain it sounds like it really was from a Jackie Chan movie eh :) Ok. I will go play by myself again.
