I think it has lots of good stuff. Some of the types recommend a lower fat/protein in take than i agree with. It comes from India whos people have a lower requirement for protein and fat intake.

Take a pulse but with your three middle fingers and feel the beat in all three. Lift up one at a time and feel the strength difference in the beat. Each finger is to do with the three different type and you can tell (forget exactly which is which) which type you are from which finger is up and how strong the beats are.


My type is suppose to be careful of hard training in the summer. Well my health issues started in Thailand when training hard (Thailand is always summer for me temp wise).

Certain foods are "cooling" and if you are a "hot" type you are suppose to eat them. It talks about times of day to eat and train and rest etc

Over all i think it is very good stuff.

Many ancient systems are smart enough to recognize that everyone is different.

The Indians are no different.
