Good push kick. Good balance. On the ball of his standing leg.
Good extention through the hip.
Could maybe keep hands a little tighter, but I dare say this wouldnt be a problem is its not head contact. Could also drop the chin slightly.

But as you say Dazza, they appear to be having the desired effect, so all good.


Cant really comment on the first pic, I dont understand what they are doing.
Is he shoving him with his hip? Or winding up a right hand hand-bag?
