lol...I have heard that too.
Saying that, I think in this particular photo, he isnt really on the ball of his foot and his hands are a bit low.....but his opponents weight is on the back foot so not really in a position to counter. I dare say that Saenchai's speed, agility and counter-techniques would get him out of any bother should a counter-attack come.
Also, I am aware that we are mere minions in comparison, so probably couldnt fathom how he would get out of such a situation.

I think his strongest attributes are his balance, footwork, timing and control. Its as if he has a radar and can sense that "millimetre adjustment" required.
He makes people look clumsier than they actually are, and the fact that he is able to do this means that he can afford to play with his opponents.
