I.K.F. Kickboxing : 'O.S.R.' Format.
( Open Scoring Rules - using Electronic Scoreboard ):

Commonly known as Olympic Style Rules, this format closely follows Olympic criteria of Olympic Boxing and Olympic Taekwondo, for further details click www.aka-england.org.

Kicks / Punches / Knees - with restricted clinch to just '3' Seconds - K-1 Style.
( Note : Spin-Back Fist is allowed ).

Headgear, Bodyshield, Shinpads, Arm-Guards, 16oz Gloves.
Electronic Scoring - Featuring Outclass Rule ( 20 Point lead = T.K.O. ), with 5 Judges.
Draws = Extra Round.

Rounds Novice : 3 x 1.5 mins
Rounds Senior : 3 x 2 mins
Rounds Title Bouts : 4 x 2 mins

( Note : Novice 'O.S.R.' Kickboxing bouts are also available for beginners, under 'Controlled-Contact - No K.O. rules'. This format is suitable for Inter-Club level athletes, looking to compete with win/lose decisions.)
