I.S.C.F. MMA : 'Sport Combat' Format :

Kicks / Punches / Knees / Elbows.
Headgear, Shinpads, Elbow-Guards, 8oz Gloves.
10 point Must System - 3 Judges.

Rounds Novice Level : 3 x 3 mins ( No Head-Contact at all )
Rounds Senior Level : 3 x 4 mins ( Head-Contact only when standing, only with Kicks and Punches ).

Note : Currently there is no 'Ground n Pound' allowed under the U.K. Sport-Combat Rules, whilst the format is still being developed. Senior Amateur level is very similar to 'Semi-Pro', but with shin-pads and larger, more padded gloves.

Note : The 'Sport-Combat' bouts, will be held in the Kickboxing ring and not a cage. For additional safety the ring has been modified for' M.M.A.' bouts to I.S.C.F. standards, and has the additional M.M.A. 5th Ring rope, inserted between the bottom 4th rope and the ring canvas.
