Anyone looking to work with a Sports Nutritionist?? I have been working with one based in South Wales for 2 months and have never felt better.

His name is Martyn Broughton if anyone fancies getting a personal programme done. Don't worry about him being based in Wales, he can provide programmes over the internet if needed. Obviously he wouldn't be able to take any measurements.

He works alongside Shop Physical who are a supplement supplier. He can be found on their website. He is in the process of designing his own website, but for now this is where you can get your info.

I strongly recommend him. He's helped me out greatly, not just with my nutrition, but with training advice and finding sponsorship.
