lee were all pretty much fucked with the same dilema, for years i just brushed it off thinking it was me being pappy this is what i now suffer from

cock eyed hip
8 vertabray can and will move out of place
sciatica
slip discs
muscle spasms
ruptured discs
displaced knee cap
ankle joint fekd

last xmas i had all this at once.. and it all stems from my hip being out of line then everything else compensating, i was too proud to see a chiropractor thinking i was too young, i now go once a week its fucking heaven when he puts me all back together.. its expensive working out £100 a month so 20 years of being kicked and punched has come at a price...

so the pain in your hip could be disalinement go see a consultant dont brush it off as i did,

i have been lop sided for that long i also have a displaced knee cap which is grinding away and may turn into arthritus... so in a nut shell am fucked..lol dont ask your doctor they know fuck all see a specialist thats what they are there for...
