If you want to do the work a rotation diet is HUGE. Too much work for many people.. basically the body becomes sensitive to what you eat (most people eat same stuff over and over) so you only eat certain things once every four days which gives your body a break in between... many sensitivities, allergies, intolerances etc (technically all different) are subtle at first and we aren't aware and usually develop around what we eat the most, especially if we have other sensitivities to start (like you nut reaction)... inflammation etc from eating problem foods leads to leaky gut syndrome. What that means is food literally leaks out of your gut and your bodies immune system responds to it and then you develop a sensitivity to that and the cycle gets worse and worse and more and more of the foods (the ones you eat daily) become an issue... rotating foods gives your body and immune response a break... the effects of a rotation diet can be quite dramatic.
Training a new..a thought I believe to be powerful and effective.
"Its not what you can do but what you can recover from."
essentially make sure the recovery equals (better yet exceeds) the output and you'll keep going onwards and upwards.
