In norway the wako have tried to inforce all fighters to only fight in wako (which is the only organisation in norway). Bergen Kickboxing was given a fine of £5,000 and excluded from the norwegian federation for a 1 year! because Bård took his full contact team fighters abroad in other organisations and they even band the fighters from entering norwegian championships! That can not be good for fighters or the sport! Bård took the case up with the norwegian sport organisation by their court with a lawyer and won the case which ment the kickboxing federation had to pay back the £5,000 fine to baard trones. The kickboxing federaton made a new rule for all international activity for all norwegian fighters and clubs. "The statement from the norwegian sport organisation was, as a club you can co operate with what ever organisation you wish to, providing all members of the norwegian kickboxing federation have to report every fight they are going too, and results for keeping the fighters security if their were to of been any KO so the medical and caranteene regulations are followed. This new regulation what is now coming from the WAKO board, is going against what has already been won at court for bergen kickboxing in norway.
