Sports Nutrition

Hey, was wondering if any sports nutritionist's out there can provide help with the below

For someone that trains 5 to 6 days a week and already has a well balanced diet, is there any additional supplement’s/vitamins that they should be taking?

-Most sessions would be intense Thaiboxing sessions ( anaerobic exercise ). Some sessions would involve basic resistant or weight training, but little focus on this at the moment.

Is there anything that can be taken to increase performance/recovery without weight gain and pref natural supplements/vitamins.

Cheers
