packed full of synthetic minerals, refined sugar and salt, chemicals and coloring.

Tap water is scary and nasty in my opinion and will mess with digestion besides feed you chemicals. Some of the chemicals added are to kill bacteria - guess what? you have (hopefully) good bacteria in your gut. Guess what happens when you constantly take in those bacteria killing chemicals??

Natural spring water is what I go for... if not a good source or too expensive RO water is best second option. It is too clean though, important to add a pinch or two of unprocessed sea salt per liters.

Adding unprocessed sea salt to water (especially RO water - though any is very good) helps keep the electrolyte balance up in your body. With hard exercise get some fruit in too and you hydration and electrolyte balance should do ok... much much better quality than artificial chemical food colored for profit sugar drinks.

Just my opinion and experience
