just latched onto this site and am amazed what ive seen so far loads of names i remember and lots more not yet appeared.i was one of the many legions of fans who used to follow steve taberner around .so many things to talk about. just thought id reminise on one which stuck to mind we had gone to watch england vs holland up in Leeds run by master sken as far as i can remember all the English lads had lost to the strong dutch team.there was only one fight left steve taberner and the dutch heavyweight who we had secretly been watching in warm up and we crapped it.stupidly i told steve what we had seen,he just shrugged his shoulders went in the ring and knocked him out in the first round "incredible" does anyone out there remember that tournament early eighties and who else fought on that English team
