Hey guys Ive got a few questions.

I recently started training strictly muay thai again. I had a couple mma fights and the training wasnt honestly half as hard.

I feel pretty rusty sparring/hitting pads and my cardio in general. My body doesnt seem to enjoy the shots like it used too. I have heard that once you have reached really really good shape it is always easier to get back to it? I have been going to class every day and running twice a day. Just trying to get everything together for fighters class. All in all im still in decent shape. did 5 rounds hard last night after sparring 4 rounds or so. I felt like puking after but I made it through. I figure I can probably shake all the rust and get my cardio back within 3 weeks or so does this seem ok?

any tips on doing this? I have no problem self motivating myself and I'm ready to put the work in.

thanks,
