You're welcome.

There are many important steps. Whats really important is not stressing about them too.
"The best exercise program is one you will do."
The same applies to any change or self growth... do it in steps, do what you can and let go of the rest... That said to get good results you may have to go pretty strict with the state your digestive system is in.

They have done studies where they give people chocolate cake and looked at the bodies response (insulin etc - by the way insulin is in the brain too...). Those who felt bad and guilty had are more negative response in the body than those that enjoyed it. This can be used as an excuse but it is good to remember... if you do something that is not good for your health, CHOOSE to do it and enjoy it!!!

So much of what we do is habitual (not doing is also habit). The warrior makes conscious choices, even when it is stuff that doesn't serve his desired path or direction. He makes the choice and is at peace with it and thus limits the stress and negative effects and learns to be more conscious and aware. The warrior also starts to read and hear his body and starts to understand what works for him and what doesn't.

Watch "What The Bleep Do We Know" or What The Bleep Down The Rabbit Hole" - there are a few parts in there that apply to how your thoughts and feelings effect your digestive system.

The brain is so powerful. Looking at subconscious beliefs on food, digestion, life can have powerful effects.

The brain can create what it thinks "should" be... right now, because it is, you will have beliefs on your digestion...

They did an experiment with upside down glasses. Subjects wore glasses that flipped everything they saw upside down. After about two weeks of wearing them all the subjects brains flipped everything back "right" way up!!! The brain rewired to move the visual input back to how it thought it should be coming. After taking off the glasses they all had a flip again to upside down and again in about two weeks the brain corrected it.

Obviously there is physical stuff there.. my experience is that amazing things can be done with beliefs and thoughts.

The brain will control, to a degree, enzmyes produced and released, how what is left of your system takes nutrients in etc etc "If you believe you can't, you're right, if you believe you can, you're right." I believe there is degrees of truth in this - more than I can wrap my brain around too.
