In Canada you can get big 18.9 liter bottles. There are a couple decent companies that sell a spring or natural mineral water. In my town there is a local company and it costs me $5 for 18.9 liters... try and beat that for something to drink :)

Technically yes on bottled water, depending where you live tap water is pretty scary period. I haven't looked at Scotland specifically but I would imagine they use chlorine etc?

Its used to kill bacteria - now about 80% of your immune system (that includes taking care of repair from training) is in your gut and a huge amount of immune function is related to the bacteria ("good bacteria") in your gut.

Do you think chlorine thinks and goes... hhmmm I'll leave the "good" and take the "bad"?? Hell no!

Don't know if fluoride is used in the UK or not but just do a little research on that and you know you don't want it in your water.
