O.S.R. is the abbreviation for Open Scoring Rules, which means that the scoring is open for everyone to view during the contests to ensure fairness to all competitors. Open scoring is used for all Olympic sports, including Boxing and Taekwondo.
On A.K.A. England events, this is done using score machines mounted next to the area of play ( boxing ring ) during bouts. The format is similar to Olympic Style Rules as seen in Olympic Amateur Boxing.
