All the striking techniques and methods are allowed as is used in the professional Kickboxing system from Japan, known as K-1 , which allows Kicks, Punches and Knees - with restricted clinch holding.

This combined rules set makes for very fast and exciting contests, yet under proven safety conditions for the participating athletes.

All bouts will be I.K.F. Amateur Rules under O.S.R. Format. (athletes wearing protective equipment and open-scoring being used by the judges), and contested under the 'K-1' Style Kickboxing method.
