I have never felt unsafe when fighting and Tony Myers has been the ref,sometimes i have felt(especially when i was finishing an opponent) that i had to "look out for thr ref" also as i didnt really trust his judgement...something you dont want during a fight.

All in all there are some good ones around,more training and certificated judges and refs would be great.

I was asked to ref a few fights a while back....hard work,especially knowing when to give a count or stop a fight,pretty scarey stuff and hard to keep un emotional about it.
