Eat well.lots of good fats (quality saturated fats - animal fats and coconut oil and omega 3's)

Plenty of good water.

Rest and sleep (10pm-2am) optimal time (time changes and time zones adjust a bit) for physical repair... (2am-6am psychic repair - mental/emotional etc)

Closer you get to going down and up with the sun the better...

R.I.C.E.

Give your leg a break in terms of getting hit.

Active recovery - walking (uneven terrain) etc

Mental - know your leg is fine and your body is doing its job - the pain and bruising is not bad!!!!! It is your body healing therefor a damn good thing.

Legs (in my belief system and experience) are part of the root chakra. That is related to tribal (family) safety/security (today's world largely related to money - also consider what state you are in training - any fear when getting hit/sparring/conditioning consider going lighter until you can stay in a non-fearful space).

Left side of body representative of feminine energy, right side masculine... legs often have relation to family or those close to you. If left leg consider mental and emotional stresses related to females close to you such as Mum, sisters, girlfriend/wife, daughter or someone close... right leg males...

According to Louise Hay legs can be related to moving forward in life. (I find her stuff often very good) consider any blocks, difficulties or stress related to moving forward, possibly in combination with that male or female energy.

Then obviously make some shifts in thinking and or action in any areas that are applicable.

One of the easiest and fastest tools to help any healing is Meridian Tapping Techniques(MTT)... most stem off EFT (which stems of TFT).
