MSA’s Muay Thai Premier League is all set to punch its weight in 2010 – by launching a major media initiative.

MSA’s Muay Thai boxing promotion is already making a major impact on Sky Sports – and is set to raise the roof at The MEN Arena in Manchester on March 27th and at the ExCel in London on May 29th.

Media consultant Dan Kirkby of Kirkby Monahan Publicity has been appointed to represent the organisation.

Kirkby – who has worked for many broadcasters including BBC, ITV, GMTV and Channel 4 – has experience publicising West Ham United Football Club and the Mixed Martial Arts promotion, Cage Rage.

“This sport has so much to offer – skill, excitement and a strict disciplinary code of conduct that could help so many improve their lives”, said Kirkby.

“I am delighted to be on board at such a pivotal time in MSA’s development as they have seriously exciting and innovative plans for raising the profile of this great sport to where it belongs!”

A full media programme of activity will be unveiled in the New Year.
