I was just a writing a reply about Jonno should be allowed in this etc etc and there are some good arguments for letting underdogs in but as I was writing it I realised a likely scenario might be a top flight fighter beating Jonno and therefore gaining an easy way thorugh the next round of a tournament and that wouldnt be fair to the all the other contenders who get matched against people of their own level.

I admit a few underdogs would make it exciting for spectators if they did well.I actually believe that with the right training and time Jonno (and Si to be honest, because Si could easily be included in Andy's argument, God knows I love him but its not far from the same deal really) could do really well and maybe cause some upsets possibly. But the more i think the more I agree with Andy in this. They could just end up paving the way for someone to have an easy way through a tournament?

Jonno this is no disrespect cause your a top lad, I love watching your fights, you never shy away from a challenge, I think you've got really good technique and I know you'd step up to this in a heart beat and might do well in it.Just my twopennorth.
