Muay Thai Clinic 20th /21st march.

Hi all.

I have been working for some time on a series of workshop/clinic on Muay thai in conjuction with the UKMF.

During the course of the weekend various clinic's will cover the Traditional i.e. Krabi Krabong, Muay Boran History /Culture i.e. Wai Khru ,Ram Muay etc .


A Fighting Arts section i.e. Elbow & clinch workshop , Guest fighters showing there favorite techniques. Guest trainers discussing fight preparation and fight strategy etc.

Amateur clinic ,everything related to amateur fighting .

Self defence Practical techniques , The law

Science section

Strength & Conditioning includinding Tabata,Plyometrics, interval work , Kettle bell ,Etc

Diet and nutrition; weight management use of electrolytes, making weight etc

Psychology , All aspects of the mental game i.e. dealing with fear , pre fight nerves etc


Official section Judge and refereeing ,Pad holding ,cornering,basic teaching i.e. class structure content.etc.

First Aid ,standard course

Workshop in prevention and treatment of common injuries .
