Raymond,

1. FACA is part of a Christian Ministry.
2. An Application has been made to register Fighters Against Child Abuse as a Charity... if you are able to fasttrack this for me, please do.....
3. Fighters Against Child Abuse ireland is only 6 weeks old (and we both know rome was not built in a day)
4. To date it has raised just under €2,500 (all profits from my small gym go to this)
5. FACA is non profit.. the money so far has been given to Local
orphanage organisations both here in Ireland & the Phillipines that help Young abused children..
6. the First main FACA IReland event is November 2Oth, 2010
7. Profits from this event and any other will be given to Local And National Organisations, Charities that help abuse children of all ages ie barnados, Ispcc and further afield etc. our aim is to support them though our works
8. I give of my time (twice a week) to train and mentor young people from broken homes or that have been abused, often travelling up to 100miles to do so...and I do not charge....(the Christian in Me) I can provide refrences from these organistions...
9. Chritianity is not a religous sect. it is a way of life.
10. FACA has already opened Chapters in the UK, USA..
11. I also work to provide for my own Family...
12. Ihave not asked for donations, or money... as for recruiting (needed a few on the board before application could be made), there will be those who will join and help or lend their support and as with every other organistion in this world, their will be those who will always question
13. I forgive you cynicism.. again the Christian in me :)
14. It is Courage, Faith, Endurance and a Dogged Determination to surmount all obstacles which are the foundations of Success.......Fighters Against Child Abuse will grow...it is early days...

The message is simple(and you may say so am I)

Our number one goal as a ministry is to provide Public Awareness through our sport to help and support Abused Children.

"IT IS OUR MISSION TO HELP CHILD ABUSE PROGRAMS ALL OVER THE WORLD........"
