Yes mate. My coach has done the training course and is certified to train people using the bags. We used them for warm ups every day and then finished most sessions with various circuits for the entire body.

We combined short explosive circuits like the spin test (5 sets of 10 overhead spins in both directions followed by 10 push ups to be completed in 3 minutes - this a tough!), or grouped together 5 or 6 exercises either for upperbody or lower body and performed 6 to 8 circuits with 40 seconds rest in between each one or worked based on the tacfit model of 6 to 10 x 6 to 10 sets of 20 seconds intense bursts with 10 seconds rest. We also included basic intensity techniques such as pre - exhaust, supersets and giant sets, drop sets etc. I was in great shape for the fight and carried in more muscle than i have for ages despite the weight cut and no weight training for 7 weeks before the fight (i was away on holiday before i began the 4 week prep). I was very pleased with the outcome.

I think it helps that my coach has been on the course though because theres so much to work with and with the broad base of knowledge he has from it he is able to be really creative in order to keep it varied. Also, theres little nuance to the techniques for each exercise which make a difference in terms of increasing the intensity.
