The story about the body builder hitting him is true, but tainted, and exaggerated along the way (chinese whispers!), a friend of mine was there and apparently the guy was a bit of a tool and was trying to provoke Ricky by claiming he had jumped an imaginary queue to the fruit machine (how many of us have ever seen a queue for a fruit machine?), when Ricky refused to move along the guy started mouthing off etc then cracked him IN THE SIDE OF THE HEAD (not face to face - so brave!), he fall to the floor but shot back to his feet and chose not to react...He is former world champion for christ sake, current professional manager/promoter, and has a fecking MBE!!! as if he would start scrapping in the pub!!!!
