How do you justify a 'title' shot after only one or two bouts?

How does a sanctioning body justify it?

In my opinion, regardless of sport be it boxing, kickboxing, whetever, a sanctioning body should not be involved in promoting their own shows. Conflict of interest.

Let's face it - all the unlicensed bodies are just created and run by promoters and this is why they will never be seen as anything serious. The BBBofC don't promoter their own shows, independent promters organise them and the santioning body is then able to remain impartial in regulating. Unlicensed boxing organisations, whether EBF or not, are all just mickey mouse pretending to be sanctioning bodies. On a side note: In a lot of states in America it is illegal for sanctioning bodies to promoter their own shows (as in be the promoter).

Sorry for going off on a tangent but i think that unlicensed boxing titles should not be taken serious at all.
