I disagree with the "hes not going to get much better" otherwise why bother training once you get to a certain number of fights. Why would most thais train and fight after 100 fights.

Damien, Liam and Andy may as well call it a day now Paulinthailand because according to you they have f*ck all left to learn, Saenchai may as well have called it a day 100+ fights ago.

Improvements with everything can always be made technique, fitness, nutrition, fighters do not fight exactly the same way so each individual will be a new 'experience' and a new learning point. Different coaches have different ideas, different training/work ethics, this again brings or adds new skills.

If that is your thought process that's fair enough, but this doesn't leave you any room to grow at all.
