I have only just seen this, so sorry for bringing it back up.
Paulinthailand, i don't think WHAT you say is that wrong/offensive etc, it's just HOW you say it sometimes.
Thanks for the compliment Vinny, It's very hard sometimes to stay motivated after so many years, but right now I am fully motivated and hungry for success again.
I don't think that Damien will ever stop learning and trying to improve. he wont be learning any new kicks :) but there are lots of other ways to improve. Damien trains all the time and is always interested in learning new things.
I remember sitting down with Damien, Kaish Banger, gav the man, yogendra parekh, jason Richard etc as young lads and trying to motivate and inspire them by showing them videos of dekkers and ronnie Green fighting Thais and I think that it's amazing that Damien is now fighting at that level himself! He is now the inspiration for the next generation of new fighters.
What Damien, Liam, Jordan, Mike Dicks, Andy, Dean, etc are doing is really amazing and bringing the whole sport along.
The new fighters from the top gyms are now better that guys a few years ago that had 10 fights or more, the standard is so much better.
