liam Harrison and Damien Trainor are both totally amazing fighters and people.

I have trained with liam a few times and can't explain just how clever he is with his techniques. Interesting when people seem to think he is all power..... which is true he does have a load of it but has so many fine tricks too, this is why he can mix it with the best in world such as Sanchai, saketdo and anuwat just to name a few. Got a great attitude towards his fights and always wants to fight the best win or lose.

Damien Trainor has been around a long time, such a great guy. I'm close friends with Damien and feel i owe alot of my success to him. always giving me advice that will improve my technique and just generally supporting me, giving me tips when i fight people he has previously. We spar on a regular basis, he is still always improving so gotta agree that he is still a fighter in his prime and dont think he has hit his peak yet at all (so we have even more to come), always keen to learn and so hard working when he is in the gym too. Really can say enough kind words about the guy.

these two are inspirational to me and i know many others, well done to both!!!!!
