right shin, swelling fast - no visible breaks

been a little sore fer a couple days - training

yesterday did some bag - not much cause in heat too much that day and no energy

this morning went and did sprints - noticed first time in shower after sprints
at school redness, size and pain noticeably changed hour to hour.

Now its 2:45pm and hurts to walk on - don't need to limp though..



Anyone have any thoughts or ideas - my goal is in avoiding antibiotics if at all possible.


prob 10-15 yrs ago I had same thing - though i recall hitting it, very lightly but very painful - ended
up on antibiotics (IV) for 2 weeks.. had the damn drip at home...

not sure if same shin or not
