I wrote out a sample day the other day and it didn't go through...

The thing is food is extremely conditioned and extremely social and has very many emotional components.

I only say this because though you can eat extremely healthy and amazing food it takes too much time and effort for most people.

To eat healthy in less time means giving up some pleasures (who has time to cook nice meals all the time?)

Any way you can think of cooking meat and veg is the huge base - mix in as many herbs as you can... some fruit as needed/seasonal.

But there are a million ideas out there.

Over all I think the paleolithic diet is a good base to follow.

Seasonal and old school.

Rotating is great, especially meats...

Meaning one day eat beef, one day chicken etc
