About 11 years ago got a back injury doing weights.
At 1st I thought that it was normal as I had pulled muscles whilst training.
So I thought id let it blow over in 2 weeks itll be ok.

Ive still got it ever since and seems to get more worse.

Ive had physio, acupuncture, been hospital, the works to no success.

The hospital told me its a trapped nerve.
My doc said its a slipped disk.

I dont really care what the hell it is, its effecting my lifestyle very bad.
Even lifting basic things like shopping, trying to sit down and sometimes lifting my 2 year old daughter can be painfull.
The pain is in the lower part of my spine.

Has anybody had such a problem and found a way of sorting it out??
